They went out of their way to quickly obtain the necessary parts to repair our radiant heating system so that we didn't have to endure a cold home any longer than necessary during the winter. Everyone from their office staff to the repair technician were very helpful and knowledgeable. They even tried to first walked us through an attempted self-diagnosis (by phone) of the problem which could have resolved the situation without the need for someone to come out to our house. “I made an appointment with Patriot to look at my heating/cooling system at my house in Marin. The system blew air, but it was not very hot or cold when it should have been. Although it took a week to get them to my house, when the technician came, he quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it. They system was low on refrigerant and he added some. I was charged for 2 hours of time and the cost of a pound of refrigerant, which I think is very reasonable. Unfortunately some other companies would have recommended a whole new heating/ac system even though only a simple fix was needed. I commend Patriot for their honesty and reasonable fees.“
