“I love the counters and cabinets. Love the material and look, great transformation! Jimmy and Nathan are 5-Star! These two worked their butts off, did extra, were polite, and really ensured everything was perfect. I reduced my rating because the salesperson who came to my house didn't do a thorough job estimating time based on the fact that I have Euro cabinets, didn't give me crown molding options, didn't note a drawer replacement, and didn't hand off a coordinated counter install to account for drawer sizes with the new reduced space. I had to go to the Santa Rosa showroom to finalize my order and had to pay more. I also experienced bad customer service when calling in about scheduling the extra hours the team needed to finish.“
