“Baldwin mortise lock doorknobs were loose (fell off), making the door unusable. I scheduled a home visit yesterday for this afternoon. Eddie, the locksmith, who had told me parts might need to be ordered. arrived on time, fixed the problem (no parts needed), and adjusted (had to remove the doorknobs temporarily to do the job) of an interior door He was competant, courteous, and charged what he had quoted on the phone. $85 for the service visit and $35 per door...and gave me a 10% senior discount. Honest tradesman; fantastic!“

“I needed a spare key for my 2004 Crossfire so I sent them my only working key and they successfully made me a duplicate in a short period of time. It works perfectly and the cost was reasonable $285. Fast turnaround time. I know others claim they can make a copy but it's usually $500 to $600 and can take a lengthy amount of time. “Note… the gentlemen who runs this locksmith is hard of hearing. This sometimes makes him come across as dismissive. He’s very knowledgeable and helpful when u need a fix. - We bought our daughter a used car that came with only one key. I bought a compatible key fob online (for under $40) and he programmed the new key to the car (for around $80) in about 10 mins. The dealership was asking over $700 for a new key! Highly recommend this place.“
