I recently called them out to make sure that a new door we had custom-made was keyed and installed properly. Frankly I did not trust my contractor to do it right. “I installed a new door handle/lock for my patio door, but the strike plate wasn’t lining up. They came within an hour and the job took less than 5 minutes. He shaved down the strike plate hole and installed a larger one to solve the problem. The total rate (inclusive of the $28 service fee) was $277. The only thing is that I wish I was given an estimate for the job over the phone when I called as I know my handyman could have done the job for less, but can’t argue with them arriving within the hour to do the job on a Sunday evening.“

“Henry showed up on time as promised, analysed my situation quickly, informed me of the issue and problem and told me the price to repair. He also looked at a third safe and let me know that to recombo that one would be more expensive and much more time. The two safes he repaired requires a very specific turn sequence and 4-number combination. He demonstrated how to lock and unlock the drawers (they are file case safes), several times and wrote the instructions for me.“

“Note… the gentlemen who runs this locksmith is hard of hearing. This sometimes makes him come across as dismissive. He’s very knowledgeable and helpful when u need a fix. - We bought our daughter a used car that came with only one key. I bought a compatible key fob online (for under $40) and he programmed the new key to the car (for around $80) in about 10 mins. The dealership was asking over $700 for a new key! Highly recommend this place.“
