Kari is an amazing teacher. What I like best - she asks about injuries or areas on your body that might be hurting. She doesn't push you to do things that your body is not ready for. The space is amazing and has that serene peaceful feel as soon as you walk through the door. Kari is down-to-earth and "real people." A great place if you want to recharge or are just beginning your journey.

Yesterday I was with Kari and she gave me an Ayurveda treatment with A special blend of oils for me very warm very soothing It was very relaxing help me get grounded even easier I would recommend her to anyone. Very relaxing.

I love Jan's Sunday morning class. It's always fun and a great way to start the day. Her sequences are interesting and thorough, with a lovely flow and vibe. She is one of the best teachers around!
