I've attended Michelle's Yoga Sweat and Sculpt class for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Not only did I shed the baby weight, but I also achieved a level of toning I never thought possible. When I first started, I could only do light weights and now I lift heavier weights. Michelle's awesome music, positive energy and encouragement made every session enjoyable and effective. I keep coming back even with a super busy schedule of being working mom with a toddler. I can't recommend her class enough to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals. And I love the studio, the vibe. Vive is seriously such an awesome studio and community. I first started yoga by trying it out at Vive when they first opened, and I was instantly hooked. Every instructor has something different and magical to offer, and I fell in love with practicing yoga at Vive! I try to go multiple times a week, and I always leave feeling refreshed.
