“James and Jason from Pipe Spy did excellent work opening up our blocked 100 foot sewer lateral and then took a video to show the pipe was clear to the sewer main. They explained options for preventing tree roots from getting into the pipe in the future. I hope to use Pipe Spy for future plumbing work.
Pipe Spy personnel returned to replace a section of broken sewer pipe which had allowed tree roots to enter. They were careful to protect plants growing around the pipe and did excellent clean up. All in all we were very pleased with their people and the work they did.“

I left a message at around 7:00 a.m. and got a call back half an hour later. They had someone come to my house by 10:00 a.m. the same morning! We couldn't figure it out but he showed up exactly one time she replaced our disposal asap and was on the way. He takes Venmo which made it easy for payment. “We had a leak in our bathroom sink. Called our neighbor to ask for a plumber recommendation, and ironically they had just used used Phillips Plumbing that same day. Said they would be coming back the next day to install a new part that had to be ordered. We called to arrange an appointment and Brian said he could come the next day, since he would be in the neighborhood anyway. He arrived right on time, found a hole in the pipe and was able to replace it right then. We also told him that the water was draining very slowly so he cleared out the lines, including the one in the wall. Wow...what a difference...definitely our Drano solution would have never worked! It was definitely the best experience ever with a plumber. Brian was super friendly, work was exceptional and price very reasonable. Yay! 10 stars!“
