“I've been training with Charles for a little under 2 years. He's the first personal trainer I've ever had and it's been a transformative experience. I went from never deadlifting to deadlifting 315lbs, among other milestones.Just trust the process with Charles and you'll be amazed with the results.“

“I only tried the Sunday community yoga and loved it! It was my first class after 4 years of having paused my yoga practice. I’ll be back!“

“I've been to a few places in the San Carlos area for massages and without a doubt Jaire is the best. He seems to know how to apply just the right amount of pressure and find those knots - he even finds ones you didn't even know you had :) He's also a very calming person so it's just a pleasant experience all around. He's located in a day spa so there a nice massage table and soothing music. And another thing I like, unlike other places I've been to - if you feel like talking, he's very nice to talk to, but if you want an hour of silence, he's good with that too. But, most importantly, you can tell he's very experienced in what he does and he takes his work seriously. Definitely recommend!“

“I love Cary. Does anyone know where she is teaching now? She did the best 90min Hot Yoga sessions, so sad I'm unsure where all the staff is when I go to book!?“

“I dragged my friend along with me to try their 60 min hot26 asana yoga class! We were rushing as class started at 7am and we wanted to ensure we'd make it before the doors locked. We got there just in time and were welcome by Regina! She gave us a quick rundown of the studio. They have nice lockers with keys, a water fountain and showers available. Class began promptly and it was comfortably full. Regina was a very lively and informative instructor. She gave helpful guidance on how to do the forms in class they were doing as they were slightly varied from what I am used to doing. The poses were comfortable and I could feel myself truly feeling zen through every pose.“

“I attended DanceVibes classes for about a year before moving out of California. DanceVibes gave me confidence, an outlet, new skills, a routine, and community. Jamie's a fun, sassy, and inclusive instructor. Melissa and the guest speakers they had were also great. You can tell how much they love their program by the themed classes they hosted, parade they participated in and how they adapted to COVID/remote classes. Take a class if you can!“

“Quite spacious gym located inside the office building at Tower 2. I recently signed up after leaving my primary gym. I had some must-haves when joining a new gym and this gym met it all. It's super clean, spacious, all the equipment I need. For public access, there are no weekend hours but M-F they're open 5am to 9pm. Bonus, there is also free parking.“

Club Pilates Yoga

“I joined the club looking for stretching and something healthy to do. I went to the intro class and the environment was welcoming and supportive. I had never done Pilates before and wasn't in shape. I have really enjoyed the sessions and look forward to going. The studio is very clean. So far I have mostly liked the instructors. Here are my tips:1. Sit in the middle of the class if full so you can hear the instructors directions. The one time I sat on an end I could not hear a thing and missed a lot.2. If you are a beginner the classes fill up quickly if you don't have a flexible schedule. Weekend and early evening classes fill up weeks in advance. I have wait-listed and had zero luck, they encourage you to do the waitlist but it has not worked for me. If you can go mid-day during the week you should be fine.3. If you don't buy and unlimited visits pass, you can't sign up for the next month until your renewal date and credit replenish. Thus point #2 it gets hard for the next week or so to get in. If you don't use all your credits you can ask for it to carry over, but you do have to call and ask, it is not automatic, that is a little annoying.Overall tho 5 stars as I have enjoyed the classes and I like planning ahead and knowing when I am going. Would recommend for all ages and body types.“
