They're the best - simply put. They have the knowledge, the skills, and do an amazing job. Jordan and Effren installed a new toilet, fixed our shower and tub, and installed a new water heater, all in one day. They are no frills. Friendly, focused on the work, and very knowledable. We appreiate them wearing their shoe covers, they are also very polite, and worked around our schedule. I highly recommed them. We are in the San Carlos area and worked with other plumbing services. We know the usual suspects. Tremors and Francisco's team are the best!
We found Tremors 3 years ago as they were the closest one to us that was still open later in the day when we had an emergency blockage that needed to be cleared. And we're so lucky that we did. The most recent time we called was on a Saturday morning because our ancient water heater had finally started to leak. He came out and replaced it the very same day, which was amazing. We didn't even have to miss any showers or skip laundry day. He's always attentive to our needs and takes the time to inform us of everything he discovers about our house's aging pipes. He's especially good about keeping in touch about when he's going to arrive, too. I'm not looking forward to the next time we'll need to call for a plumber, but at least I know we can trust Tremors to do a good job when the time comes.
