“Absolutely wonderful! The customer service was nothing short of amazing! The staff was approachable and friendly. I had originally called and was given an appointment for the next week, but a few hours later I got a call back and they stated they had an opening for the next day with Irina. I took it and I am so happy that i did. She was patient with me as we tried to figure the best color and tone, since was very hesitant on what I wanted. After a little back and forth we finally got it right. I couldn't be happier. Great service, great customer service, they actually smile at their customers, and they are reasonable -not gouging like soooo many other salons.“
