I had a Hair disaster from a different stylist that completely butchered my hair. And Toshi did a great job fixing my hair. He is very attentive , precise and highly skilled. I would recommend this salon to anyone and everyone who wants great hair, and at a reasonable price too!

Had to find a new stylest after moving to NorCal, my friend recommended Jesse Liu here so I made the appointment and came. Jesse was extremely nice and patient, did his best to get my hair to look like whatever it looked like after my previous haircut. I enjoyed the service and the conversation. Total was around $50 including tips, credit card ok. Street parking available, but not free.

One of the few Japanese style salons in the San Mateo area. Your experience will depend highly on your stylist obviously. Mine is good. The street parking here is good to great. Pretty easy to get an appointment here. $45 for a men's cut. Pretty reasonable.
