PLUMBING CATASTROPHE SOLVED!! When I went into my garage this morning, I found that the water heater had leaked A LOT!! I called the plumber that I had used many times before and once again, he saved me. He said it definitely needed replacing -- the leakage was bad enough but it was also making a very loud noise. He was over in 2 hrs and within another 2 hrs, my water heater was replaced and problem was solved. Realize that this was on a Saturday of a holiday weekend! I wish I could give this guy Mario 10 STARS! I contacted him as I wanted to replace my kitchen faucet as it was not function properly event though only two years old. I also had a problem with my washing machine flooding and asked him to check if it was the drain. Mario provided a time range --arrived 10 minutes early and waited as I out on an errand. Within 30 minutes he left. He go behind my heavy LG washing machine and confirmed it was the washing machine and not plumbing. Advised me that I should have a manufacturers warranty that should cover the problem. This plumber was assigned to me by AHS, too. The technician (sorry, didn't catch his name) arrived on time, replaced the leaky faucet, and left all in about 10 - 15 minutes. I really like how competent, efficient and friendly the guy was! Complete opposite from the other plumber I used before signing up for AHS. That one brought along an apprentice to train. Those 2 were bantering most of the time and I was charged for a sky high price (they probably billed me for the on the job training time).Service: Faucet installation
