Welcome to After Hour Pediatrics, we are a family-friendly children’s urgent care and minor emergency center in downtown San Mateo, 15 minutes south of San Francisco Airport. We suggest making an appointment on our website to secure your urgent care place in line. There are a limited number of walk-in appointments available each day. Please call the clinic for full details. During the Fall & Winter season we will be open some mornings by appointment only. Please call the clinic or look online for mid-week morning appointments.
