“If your elder relatives want to live at home, this is a great company to help them achieve this. The owner, Jessica, finds the caregivers that your relative bonds to and then assigns them on a regular basis so that there is a familiar person near them. My family is currently using this service for our elder relative. The people that are now bonded with my relative are caring and responsible. I am grateful and I can relax knowing that my relative is being cared for well. My relative was initially a difficult case, having moderate dementia but fiercely independent and very resistant to having 24 hour caregivers. However given the choice between home care and a facility, she definitely did not want to live in a facility. Jessica helped give the caregivers a new name like memory specialists so that it would be more tolerable for her to accept 24 hour care. The caregivers took her dancing, on walks, shopping and to her doctor appointments. She recently had a minor stroke and the caregivers have been amazing now that the family member has come home. They have been giving her massages, helping her to the bathroom and help ease her anxiety. I cried from happiness when I saw how well they were/are caring for her. I walked in her room one early evening and I saw the TV playing relaxing music, the light was set to a warm glow, my relative had her eyes closed and the caregiver was stroking her hair with her hairbrush and she looked so relaxed. Thank you Jessica and her kind team for how they have cared for my relative.“
