TheKey has been the greatest company to work with because they're very helpful on your hours and concerns. They treat you as Family and that's always welcoming. And you actually enjoy your career as a caregiver.

Great place to work. I’ve worked here since December of last year and I had no experience as a caregiver. I had worked with seniors before doing activities at different nursing homes. Working with The Key they have helped me get the experience needed to realize I’d like to become a nurse one day. I have gained plenty of experience in different cases with different clients and levels of care. I have grown to love taking care of people more and am very content with not only myself but my job with the agency. Sara, scheduling manager, has always been there when I need her.
