Cruz, and his crew showed up every morning on time and worked into the evening to make sure things stayed on track. The attention to detail and quality was evident from the beginning. No short cuts, no need to look over their shoulder. Foremen and PM's would show up regularly to check on their work and make sure all was good with us along the way. Everything turned out better than expected. They never left the worksite without cleaning up after themselves and being prepared for the next day. Though he would have been our first choice (his reputation for foundations is unmatched!) we didn't end up going with him due to time constraints and other factors. Despite that, recently we needed a second opinion on some framing work and so I reached out and he gladly helped us look over a contract and gave feedback. “Terrence did a great job repairing the portion of the roof that had tiles shifted out of place because the sideboard the tiles attached to was warped. He delivered the lumber for me to paint a few days before the repair job. He did the work expertly and efficiently. He put in new underlayment and did touch up paint on the lumber. He was also nice enough to paint a short down sprout that had some rust. His quoted price is competitive, and he paid attention to details, and cleaned up after the job was done. I will definitely call him again if the roof needs any other work. I highly recommend Terrence Moore and his company.“

“I hired Sepanta Electric to troubleshoot a power outage that we were experiencing in a downstairs area of our house. We had several other electricians out previously to troubleshoot and they could not find the problem or did not return to continue trying to troubleshoot. Ben came out initially and spent about an hour trying to determine if it was an easy fix. After determining the problem was more complex, he returned with 2 other employees to perform a more thorough search. They found the problem in less than an hour, which turned out to be a burned out connector in a junction box in the attic/crawlspace. He arrived on time with both visits, was very easy to deal with and completed the work well under the price we thought we were going to pay. I highly recommend them considering all the problems we had with other electricians prior to hiring Sepanta!“
