I contacted Jason Bliss of Benchmark Home Construction for help in repairing the water damage and rotted structural beam in my bathroom. I am very pleased with the results. Benchmark Construction was super responsive and Jason Bliss came out to scope out the project that we had in mind for our kitchen. He listened to our design concepts, the changes we were planning, and gave us quite a bit of practical perspectives. Given our changes were minor, we didn't end up working with Jason on this project, but will absolutely plan to in the future. Despite this, he spent the time to answer all of the questions we had and created a lot of trust (not something you get often between a contractor and home owner). Thanks again Jason for the candid points of view, and we look forward to the opportunity to work with you on a future project.
