We called asked for a bid to clean the gutters and was told that we do not work on homes in your neighborhood because we fired the HOA they contract with. They had done work in the past in our neighborhood they were only good at cleaning gutters. Do not hire them for windows, siding or painting. If your HOA recommends them use cation. I believe they partner with HOAs for profits. Also, make sure to get multiple bids and compare the T&C they are worded to make sure warranty's are voided easily.
