When my mother-in-law moved in with us, we needed to remodel our bathroom, transforming it from a traditional tub-and-shower setup into a modern standing shower. Ali coordinated a team of subcontractors—including plumbers, tile installers, electricians, and painters—who each completed their work on time and to a high standard. Throughout the process, I was kept fully informed, receiving progress updates and photos, which demonstrated Ali’s dedication to transparency and accountability.

What impressed me most, however, was Ali’s response to a concern that arose months after the project was completed. I suspected a possible leak that could cause mold under the shower base and affect our kitchen below. Even though this issue was outside the original scope of work, Ali promptly sent his team to investigate. They inspected the attic, drains, and remodeled areas thoroughly. Later, the team returned with specialized cameras to inspect beneath the remodeled bathroom through the kitchen ceiling in a non-intrusive manner, confirming that everything was dry and in excellent condition. “Jason and Jim Elliott had previously installed hardwood floors in our house back in April 2020. After renovating our kitchen, we decided to have the same wood product installed in the kitchen. After demo of the existing tile floor, the Elliott's spliced in the new kitchen hardwood seamlessly with the existing flooring in the adjacent rooms. The craftsmanship was superb. The high quality of the molding installation was the capstone. All the cuts and fitment were perfect.“

“We contracted with Ray Dinesh to install laminate flooring throughout all rooms in our single level home. Ray was a low-pressure easygoing guy to work with, he made it so easy for us. Ray suggested that we buy a sample box of what we'd chosen and I'm so grateful we did. It turned out to be not what we wanted at all. We settled on a different product by Johnson Hardwood and we love it, (Viceroy Laminate Random Plank). It is absolutely gorgeous! Ray's installers, Enrique and Sergio were great. They arrived each morning and worked diligently through to completion. They strive to make the homeowners happy. Our slab was extremely "wavy" which required leveling in each room. It's a time-consuming process and they were able to successfully prep the surface to accommodate our beautiful floors. Ray visited our job multiple times to check in with us. His relaxed demeanor makes the experience of the whole-house-dismantling-process much less stressful. “Ritz Flooring Plus just finished the remodel of my kitchen in Aliso Viejo to include shaker cabinets with soft close, spice pull out and custom features along with a corian counter top and appliance install. A complete gut of the original kitchen which was long overdue. It looks amazing and is super functional. “My wife and I contacted OC Elite Remodeling around the week of 9/29/2024 to remodel our kitchen, family room with the possibility of the backyard and house windows ( about 15 windows.) Tony came out right away within a day or two, took measurements and we discussed the project. Tony was very professional and kind. He suggested many things such as design and material and mentioned that the company had a deal for about $27,974.00 to remodel a kitchen that fits the parameters of OC Elite Remodeling parameters. My wife and I were very happy. We felt confident with the company. Tony also provided us with a few previous testimonials from previous customers to call for reference. 1st experience In the process, we asked Tony about the windows and if they could give us a good deal on the windows. We already had an estimate from Home Depot, but since they advertise to beat anyone's price, we thought of asking them. Sadly, the company would not lower and beat Home Depot's price as they themselves had advertised, it was only a $2,000.00 difference between Home Depot and them.(OC Elite Remodeling) Now it has come to our attention that this company is dishonest or they promise/advertise something that they don't intend on doing. My wife and I started to be attentive to what the company or its representatives communicated to us 2nd experience We had originally picked a tile that cost $5.93 / square foot. Then, during the shopping process, we liked another tile and we picked it that cost $3.99 a square foot. For some reason, I still don't understand the cost of picking the 2nd Tile @ $3.99 a square foot ended up costing more ($1675.80) . When we brought this to Tony's attention, he explained that the second tile does not include adhesive material, etc., but the first tile @ $5.93 a square foot does include all material. (our experience is when you see an advertisement for a tile , it usually does not include any adhesive material, grout, spacers, etc. and so how come the first tile $ 5.93 included all these things, does not make sense, but we did not want to argue). 3rd experience This is the one that really bothered me. Through the process we asked Tony if they would paint and install or paint doors, and Tony said yes. We were thinking of painting all our interior doors but Tony said it is better to paint because it's a similar cost. Laurence told Tony to get the doors from home depot, and he responded that " home depot doors are "dingy" and cheap doors. We install better doors. Well when the day came to install the doors I noticed that the doors had a label on them from Home Depot, I mentioned it to one of his workers and showed him the label and told him what Tony had said. I felt lied to and cheated. Please be made fully aware that this review is reviewing the company. Would we recommend OC Elite Remodeling? No Above all, Tony and Kash worked very hard specially with our changing of mind few times , Tony is a patient man , and Kash as well.
