Beacon Carpet Cleaning employees were responsive and friendly. They were prompt and did a good job cleaning. The only thing I did not like is that they would not give me a price over the phone. They charge per square foot of carpet. It would have been tedious and time consuming to measure myself and then call them back. I assumed the price would be similar to what I have paid other companies. I was shocked to hear the price as it was nearly triple what I had paid before. Because the guys were already in my house and ready to clean I agreed on the price. However, I don’t like this pricing strategy and I believe their prices are too high.

The carpet cleaner from Beacon (Dave) arrived on time, as always. Beacon has cleaned my carpets over many years. They leave my carpets looking fresh and spotless, even with all the “mistakes” from my aging pup. They are careful with the furniture, always placing little pads beneath table and chair legs to keep the legs from staining or imprinting the carpet. They are amazingly fast, yet thorough. Considering the carpets to cover on a small condo, Dave is never intrusive. I would not even consider any carpet cleaner than Beacon..

I phone Beacon every year for my carpet cleaning needs. They consistently return my looking clean as new. The staff is knowledgable and very helpful and their prices are very reasonable.Thank you Beacon!!
