“My son went Tuesday afternoon and we waited roughly 30ish minutes, which is about average if you don't have an appointment, not a problem. He was cut by a white guy, mid to late 40s, and literally took maybe 15-20 minutes to do his hair. Which, as anybody knows, is unusual given any type of fade, trim, and lineup takes anywhere between 40-50+ minutes. We typically won't inspect the hair until we get home and see it in natural lighting. My kid even showed him a reference picture and he still seemed to botch it. I called later that day, spoke to Mack, and explained the situation. He felt bad and offered to fix the haircut. We stopped by today, got it fixed, and son couldn't be more happy. When I tried to pay he didn't accept. Literally the nicest dude and highly recommend Mack! Thanks again!“
