“Found a barber shop open on a Sunday! My son has had long hair for 3 years and went short. The barber paid such special attention to get the cut that my son wanted...and to cut off an enormous amount of hair. I would expect for him to charge extra as he needed more time due to the amount of hair, but he did not. He also was super gentle as my son has never had a buzzer/shaver on his head before. Nate did an exceptional job! There was a short line at 9am on a Sunday as it is walk ins only, which I am super appreciative for as then you are guaranteed to get a cut if you need one. Worth any wait! These guys are all great too - all the clients coming in and out were all super happy. My son and I are both really really happy!“

“I was seeking a stylist that did interesting work, not so much because I wanted an edgy haircut (although his modern and more challenging cuts are gorgeous) - but more in that I wanted to find someone with the skills to work with my patchy post-partum hair and turn it into something versatile that suits my personality and aesthetic. I was delighted when I saw Matt recommended on the OC subreddit, because he's exactly what I was looking for.His salon space is tidy and beautiful to look at. It's also a private space (you won't be navigating a crowded salon while trying to hold a towel on your head). He gave me his full attention and was very intuitive as to what I was looking for, especially given how limited my hair vocabulary is. I also really appreciated that he took the time to really have a look at my hair before he started and made suggestions based on that, which helped me figure out what I wanted.Honestly, I had a great time. I felt like I was getting my hair cut by a trusted friend, rather than a stranger I was paying. On that note, his pricing is fair. It felt luxurious and high-end, but without the obscene price point and pretentiousness. I left the salon looking like Francoise Hardy with the option to go Farrah Fawcett, and very much looking forward to our next appointment.“

Her skills are worth much more than she charges, and her haircuts last nearly twice as long as others I have had. I therefore give her a very generous tip. Everyone there is polite and friendly.
