Both Idan and Erez were super cordial and very professional in our engagement over the past one year. We wanted to extend our home, but were working on a fixed budget. Idan designed our place beautifully , meeting all our needs and keeping it within our budget. Design engagement was fast and efficient. What I was super impressed with was the speed at which they procured the city permits. I have heard stories from friends that this process takes 5+ months. But in our case our permits were done in roughly 2 months. This was primarily because of the solid work Modular did in the design phase. There were hardly any comments, and things went through very smoothly. I am super pleased with their work and highly recommend them. These guys know their stuff!!“

One was water damage from rains storms in the dry wall on our 15' vaulted ceiling in our living room! They were very professional at every step in the construction process from project planning to final inspections.
