Our second floor windows were leaking down in garage after a storm. Reached out to couple of contractors and none of them explained the potential root cause as clearly as Ruben. Installed full frame windows and also found an innovative solution to our garage roof flashing and provided clear and reasonable quotes before the job.

I am pleased to write this recommendation for Cordova Construction as they have provided outstanding window installation services to me. I moved into my new place three months ago and it's next to the road and the traffic noise affected my sleep quality, therefore I decided to replace two windows in my bedrooms. I got a lot of bids from Yelp but after some initial contacts, many businesses did not want to take my order because they only handle minimum 3 or 4 windows, or the cost was intimidatingly high. Over the past two years I have hired three different contractors for a variety of projects, one of which was Andersen Windows and Doors. While each project eventually was completed to satisfaction, it required a lot of micro-managing on my part and caused a significant amount of stress. This winter my kitchen window began leaking every time it rained.
