Since this occurred last week, it appears that the city is still enforcing parking restrictions this week. The owners and employees send text messages to promote their deals and I wish they would have communicated in advance about the parking restrictions this week as I could have planned my workouts ahead and not have to turn around to go home. I did not have time to find parking elsewhere. I just wish the owners would have notified their members that there will be no street parking available during the day for this week, but I guess that won't be good business for them. I really love the idea of infrared heat exercises especially when you need it for muscle relaxation and recovery. I have a back injury and really enjoyed hot yoga and hot stretch to ease the aches in the morning and after a workout. It's definitely good for weight loss! However, I had a good run with hotworx for a few months but I don't think I can keep up with the limited street parking and restrictions. I realize I am still relatively new to Hotworx and that I am unsure of how frequently the city limits street parking for maintenance, but so far it's been several times since I've joined. I try to arrive to Hotworx in the mornings and complete my workouts before 9am since parking is free before 9am, but that wasn't the case for me today and it won't be for this entire week. Although it's 24 hour access I don't feel comfortable walking to my car downtown when it's dark or at night especially when the sun sets at 5pm now. If this business was located on a parking lot that's open to the public - guaranteed I will be here everyday. I'm aware of the garage parking options but one location is down the alley, which is the closest and the other garage location is like a 10 minute walk. I'm not sure if you have to pay for garage parking or if it's free for a certain time like the street parking. I just think why would you pay for parking in addition to paying $80-$100 for a monthly gym membership is crazy to me. Sadly, it's not worth it for me anymore. There's a lot of good reviews on here so it seems like it's working well for others. I just don't know how members are doing it staying with hotworx for so long and dealing with limited/paid parking but it's good to know others are making it work and maybe it might work for you! I still recommend hotworx and I would give this business 5 stars but with the parking situation is not ideal for me. If you're still here..thanks for reading!“

KB, the owner, also offers virtual classes now. KB is an excellent trainer and has extensive training with a Masters in physiology. She knows and understands anatomy and physiology. Whether you're a seasoned athlete, someone that needs to get back into shape, or someone needing to rehab an injury or strengthen your core, I highly recommend KB Fitness. I've been a member for 15 years now. Her one-on-one sessions are the bomb and will whip you into shape without the risk of injury.“

This is not the typical barn-like therapy center where sports oriented young therapists run you through a set of exercises. The staff at Pros in Rehab understand the human body and tailor their interventions to your individual needs. It's personalized and worth every minute.“

“Jing brings such a liveliness' to the Almaden community. Her center is the first place I found after I moved here in last June that connects me to the new city. I am always eager to go to her classes and learn more. Jing is sincere and committed to individual needs and help everyone reach his/her true potential when it comes to new poses. She connects with student with open and truthful heart and has great sense of humor with pleasant manners. I highly recommend her to new or advanced yoga students and also to those who are looking for a community to connect with. She also does several social events.“
