Never really leave reviews but wanted to share- I get interrupted every time I call, mid sentence and it's not like I'm rambling. Hopefully this gets addressed bc the doctors are nice and it sucks that they get points off for their front desk's social skills. Additionally, unless you call multiple times, your request won't get done.

I've had good experiences with the doctors but the staff is rude and poorly trained. It doesn't matter how good the doctors are, it's not worth the aggravation and poor customer service from the staff to continue coming here. They don't return phone calls or emails, and when you have to call back they're not very apologetic. Little follow thru on what they promise they will do, and they make minimal effort to fix any issues. They clearly don't care about about keeping their existing patients happy. Will be looking for another doctor's office!

I feel bad that I have to write this, but I would strongly advise NOT to come here for a prescription.I got an eye exam prescription done by Dr. Fanelli. The exam procedure was rushed and the doctor was rude and impatient when I pointed out one of my eyes still couldn't see clearly. I acquired my two pairs of glasses from Costco with the prescription. Turned out the prescription was way off for my left eye. After calling the office for a followup visit, I was told there would be a $40 surcharge to revisit. I cannot believe I can witness this level of competency and customer service in the country.
