“This is the best place for an eye exam and for purchasing glasses. Dr. Gracie is wonderful. She took the time to explain in detail what each part of the exam was for. No other doctor I've been to has done that. Suzanne was great about helping me choose frames and lenses. This is really her area of expertise. She knew exactly what frames would look good on me. And finally the price for my exam and purchasing 2 pairs of glasses was less than when I went to a private practice and purchased one pair. And Target was not even in my insurance network. I will definitely be a repeat customer.“

“This review is for Scott who fixed my prescription sunglasses. I felt a little intimidated showing up at an optometrist's office asking for help with fixing my prescription sunglasses where a screw came out (will be on vacation for a few days so didn't have time to order a new pair, etc.). This wasn't where I received my sunglasses initially, but I knew about this place since my husband is a patient and is nearby to us. When I entered, Scott immediately asked what brought me in and was super friendly to the point I didn't feel as silly asking for assistance. No questions asked or any judgment. He received my consent and understanding that there's always a risk with fixing. He was very attentive, quick, and careful -- and -- offered to tighten the glasses I was wearing! Scott is truly a gem on their team.“

“Based on these Yelp reviews, I had decided to book an appointment with Dr. Nancy Ngo. I was not disappointed in the least and had such a great and positive experience. LuAnn, the office associate, was kind and helpful too. Dr. Ngo is personable, is sincerely interested in getting to know her patients, and very thorough in her eye care appointments. You don't feel rushed. There is time to talk. She is completely present with her patients. I needed a new prescription for glasses, but every time I've gone to optometrists for a new Rx in the past, somehow what is prescribed, based on the eye test results, doesn't always translate well into real world/daily experience. Dr. Ngo was a great listener. She was very nuanced in finding a great prescription solution for me based on the history I gave, while of course taking into account the results from the refraction test. She was flexible, accommodating, tweaked my prescription to fit in line with whether I'd go with single vision or progressive lenses for my next pair of eyeglasses. I felt confident with her input, with her experience as a clinician, and I knew she wanted us to get this Rx right the first time. I will definitely go back to her for my next eye appointments.“

“I went here for my annual eye exam and I was happy with my experience! I appreciated the thorough exam to make sure that my eyes were healthy and to verify my current prescription was up to date. Dr Dinh also answered all of my questions and gave his honest opinion and feedback. Vee at the front was very sweet and patient. She helped verify that my insurance was covered and also let me know that with my insurance that I had the option to use the coverage towards new eyeglass frames or contact lenses. They have interesting work hours but they are super responsive to voicemails and get back to messages very quickly. I look forward to coming back to future appointments.“

“Dr. Chung is the best!! She is attentive and thorough. She literally saved my eye. Years ago when one of my pupils was scratched and I was in a lot of pain. No other eye doctors made room to help me. I called Dr Chung's optometry, she immediately asked me to go see her when she was fully booked that day. She also went above and beyond during my recovery process. Dr. Chung is the only Optometric I trust. She truly cares! All the staff at her optometry are very nice, welcoming, and helpful!“

“We love Dr Wada and his staff. Doctor Wada is so easy going and thorough. He will happily answer any questions you have. We have never had any billing issues at this practice. They also never put any type of pressure to buy glasses or pay for additional stuff. This has been the first and only optometry practice we've been to since moving up to Bay Area almost 10 years ago. My only "complaint" is that I wish they were more automated and sent text reminders for appointments.“
