Bernie is kind, found my tough spots with ease and was very open and asking to anywhere that needed attention. In the midst of my third trimester, I feel great relief after my session as well as knowing who I can count on in the future. Thank you!!!!

Massages with Bernie helped me survive my 3rd trimester. I had sciatica and carpal tunnel along with all the other aches and pains of pregnancy. She was so skilled at relieving my pain. My only regret is that I didn't start these sessions earlier. I will definitely be coming back for post natal massages. As an aside - she is very busy and almost always booked so I'd book all appointments well in advance. I waited to leave this review until after my pre-natal seasons bc I didn't want any more people taking appointment slots ;)

Bernadette is truly amazing. I had surgery on my right chest and under arm. Because it was during COVID, it was hard to get a in person PT appointment. 2 years later, my range of motion isn't where it suppose to be. I decided to see Bernadette for a massage session and have to say it's one of the best I've had. She's gentle yet very thorough... and strong. By gentle I mean... she cares about your comfort level and pain threshold. She makes sure that the entire time if she needs to reduce pressure or increase.
