“After working 6 straight 11 hour days, I woke up this past Sunday and couldn't get out of bed. Something in my lower back had locked up. I finally got the muscles to release enough on Tuesday, Wednesday I decided to treat myself to a full 90 minute massage. First I Googled 'massage near me' there were about 4 or five results. Then I Googled 'Top 10 massage San Jose'. This place was on both lists so I booked a sesh for 10am this morning.After explaining my back situation and the constant tension in my calves and forearms (I get cramps constantly, sometimes they'll wake me up in the middle of the night.) June advised me that it would be 'intense' but to remember deep breathing helps to deal w/the intensity and gets fresh oxygen back to the muscles. She wasn't kidding, it was Intense!!! But oh my goodness, she has Healing Hands! I could literally feel her pushing the stagnant blood and lactic acid back to my heart to get fresh oxygen. The ambience and music were so comforting that I didn't want to leave. I walked in feeling broken and I left feeling bouyant and brand new.Hands down the best money I've ever $pent. *pun intended*“

“I'm a little picky when it comes to my chiropractor. My mom was one and as a kid, i grew up on the Palmer West Campus being adjusted by some of the best instructors/doctors in the field. Dr. Joe is hands down one of those doctors.Last year i broke my heel fighting a crackhead (it happens). My lower body was completely out of alignment and starting to show signs of long-term damage. After my first adjustment i felt better immediately, which is not typical with me, usually it takes a few days for everything to fall back into alignment, but Dr. Joe takes extra time to calm the muscles prior to the adjustment, resulting in A LOT more movement and ultimately feeling much better.Further, that dude adjusted my elbow.... no one has EVER adjusted my elbow, i didn't even know you COULD adjust your elbow.... My elbow feels GREAT!“
