“I wanted to update my review. After my previous review(Aug 2023) Dr Kauffman contacted me and did a free consultation with me at their Milpitas office. He reviewed all my reports in the next 2 days. After assessing my condition and pain he offered me 6 complementary sessions which involved chiropractic adjustments, myofascial release, spinal decompression, cold laser therapy and ultrasound in each session. Dr Kuaffman was very caring, patient, gentle, compassionate and he really wanted to see me feeling better after each session. I did feel some difference in pain at the end of 6th session. I am planning to take some more sessions with them. I recommend seeing Dr Kauffman if you are suffering from any type of pain. Their front desk and staff are nice and helpful too.“

I called them not long ago from their closing time, and Dr. Kuo said he understands how uncomfortable I may be feeling so he was willing to wait for me to visit before he went home. It wasn't necessary for me to do a treatment, but he definitely deserves five star for his consideration!“

“Purchased a Groupon for $29 for consult/ 30min acupuncture/cupping appt. Had scheduled 4 x and had to r/s many times due to my schedule but was very easy text cancellations. Address seemed to be wrong on GPD as almost took me to a residential area. The office is last the McDonald's, next to JK liquor store and a few Chinese restaurants. And RawASF which I will need to try. First timer for acupuncture! When I walked in, you can smell the herbal medication in the office. 2 ladies at front desk. Wrote name on clip board & filled form, advised to wait. I don't speak Chinese but all staff and patients do. Saw several people, come in, walk out , go in to back exam rooms while I waited. At least 10 15 minutes then I was called in by female, who did quick assessment on my intake form I filled out at front desk, then advised me to remove top and put gown and leave pants on. Male dr? Came in, assessment & vitals done , reviewed my medical form I filled out then said to lie face down on massage table, said he's going to place needles in certain areas and use heat and stimulation to back, My ailments were plantar fasciitis to Left foot, low back pain. He put needles in left foot, low back and right wrist which I didn't mention but I do have a carpal tunnel like pain. Not sure if he noticed or just a regular placement of needles. He walked out after placement , came back with a call bell that he placed in my left hand.“
