I ordered through online Hawaiian Tropical Flowers with a medium box of Chocolates, I paid $143.68 its kind pricey but I thought its pricy because I'm ordering Tropical Flowers from Hawaii plus the Chocolates. I received a local flowers from GUILLES FLOWER SHOP AND CATERING in Santa Clara. The Flowers were not even close to be a Tropical Flower, wasn't even fresh and without Chocolates. I send them message and we were chatting back and forth I was asking for refund my money. I told them that they can come to pick up their Flowers anytime, They decided to send me another flowers and they promised me that it will be a Tropical Flowers this time. I accepted their offer. Few days later I received another flowers which is also local regular flowers and no chocolates again. This was so embarrassing what this GUILLES FLOWER SHOP AND CATERING did to me.

I ordered through FTD, received extremely poor flowers, Flowers substituted with cheap dry flowers, vase was wrong. When i called to complain they said 80 was cheap and hung up. I told them they should be ashamed to provide such a poor quality product.

Flowers were ordered to be delivered on 2/14. Never delivered. However to follow up on the order number link... they claimed to have delivered them. On 2/15 flowers were delivered mid afternoon. Flowers were in poor condition wilted and broken. Do not order flowers from this florist. Poor customer service!
