The business owner is such a scam! Claims to make your event planning easier and happily charges more as you add on services and grow your party count, but he screws his subcontractors (floral, food, dj, video) out of the money he is charging on their behalf. I did not receive what I paid for and could never get a hold of him after the event to get some sort of refund. He kept props that I dropped off to be used at our event that we never saw arrive. Our wedding was pretty lame as we did not get the DJ we thought we were getting, they did not have our music selection, and played the same dated music throughout the night.
