Second Update: we went back this weekend for my boyfriend's appointment that we made on our first initial visit. Originally I wanted to cancel because of me being frustrated but I figured we might as well go. I would like to take the time to say thank you to Ben. He's given me calls asking how my glasses were. And when we came in today, I told him about how my nose pads were hurting a little and he changed them out for me. My boyfriend was able to pick out glasses he liked too! I was looking for a place nearby to repair my daughter's glasses. I didn't have time to trek to Costco like i usually would've. I walked in and received a warm welcome from one staff member. She asked what I needed and I explained. She then handed my daughter's glasses off to another friendly staff member. He took a look at the glasses and said, "I think I can fix these." A few minutes later, mission accomplished. I asked him how much the repair cost and he said there wasn't any cost. I was amazed. Thanks so much for the fantastic service!

I have been wearing glasses and contacts for over 20 years. I love how helpful and friendly the staff is. They are very thorough and explain everything about my insurance. They also have a great selection of glasses. At first, I was overwhelmed by how many glasses they had to choose from but the staff truly values each patient and they made the frame selection process so smooth. Dr. Hom is also great! She goes the extra mile to address any concerns I have. This place is beyond friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
