“My mouth has posed a dental challenge for the past 30 years! Only 6 natural teeth stood amongst all the replacement implants and required the care of a team of 3 dental professionals made up of one primary care dentist and 2 additional specialists . Dissolution of that association ushered in a season of panic as I had no idea who nor where to turn to find qualified professionals to handle my complex case. A referral to Dr. HagShenas opened the door to a whole community of highly skilled, genuinely kind and compassionate people who strive to provide not just acceptable but a superior level of care to all who come for help. “I came in on a weekend, it was not a dental emergency per se but just a terrible experience with dental bonding from my prior dental office. I called at 5:30pm on a Friday night. I had gone back to the other office twice for visits but felt the adjustments were not making the bonding better but worse, I just felt unheard. I told my dentist I felt that I had one big tooth and there was no separation. It seems they didn't believe any further adjustment was necessary Dr. Annie is a no bullshit dentist who gives you the clearest guidance on her opinion as someone who has worked in healthcare this is huge. I wanted a second opinion so went to All Smiles. She is a bad ass dentist that sees emergency cases typically I was far from it but that means her experience makes me feel comfortable that she's looking out for the best for me I just looked like I had one tooth instead of two front teeth it was fused together. The dentist was able to identify this and make my teeth more natural with a slight adjustment. Something my prior dentist was willing to do but having been back twice I did not trust their opinion anymore. Happy with this adjustment and an experienced dentist to be able to make a simple adjustment but made a world of difference to me. I think my prior dentist was fine for cleanings but now that I realize it when more intricate or emergent matters arise I'm worried my other dentist would not appropriately determine the cause or refer me on. Will switch my care over for cleanings.“

“The staff at Dr. Navarro always provides the best care for our littles.I can't help but worry before bringing my youngest daughter in for her appointments - she is anxious, fidgety, does not warm up to people easily, and finds being in social situations very stressful. So understandably, a visit to the dentist office is just not her jam.Pauline was so so SO (one more in CAPS) patient with my baby girl who at first refused to even lie down. Pauline spoke calmly to her, explained exactly what she would do during the cleaning and did her best to put my daughter at ease. There were tears and some screaming at first, but Pauline was gentle, nurturing, and understanding. She gave my girl some time to wipe her tears, take a few breaths, pick a movie to watch, and ask her all sorts of questions to distract her from the nerves.Eventually my babe did lie down and get her cleaning done. Pauline told her she was so brave for lying down and getting her teeth "shiny like a princess again." My little girl walked out 10 feet tall and told everyone about how she was so brave with " Aunty Pauline."Thank you so much Pauline and Dr. Sara for working your magic on my little. Big thanks also to Leena who worked on my oldest babe while making her feel comfortable with her storytelling and positivity. She always creates positive experiences for my ladies.
