Sapphire has given my daughter the confidence she needed to be able to dance freely. Now she is the first one out on the dance floor!“

277 W Green St Unit 110, Pasadena“To start… woah. I was so pleasantly surprised. I’m still new to yoga but very experienced in working with different instructors. Sara was incredible - both in her energy as well as her knowledge. I genuinely experienced new levels of alignment and connection - just - so supportive. Plus, the view from Colorado Blvd. is the best bonus ??“

13300 Whittier Blvd, Whittier“Oh my goodness! Where to start?! I absolutely love this place. Crossfit Blvd is now my second home as well as my family's. I have never in my 33 years of life been able to stick with a workout much less enjoy it! I came in a bit scared to be honest because I had never ever done anything similar but since day one with coach Yvette and her light, positivity, and encouragement I knew I could challenge myself to do it and be consistent. Three months later thanks to the coaches and the community I am going consistently at least 5 times a week and actually nailing Crossfit movements and getting healthier at the same time! I can hold myself on monkey bars, pick up my toddler or 50lbs dog food like nothing, if that's not proof I don't know what is! All the coaches Carlos, Rich, Katie, Meghan, Amanda, Mark, and Drew are so welcoming, encouraging and overall amazing human beings so thankful for them. Each and every class is an experience and overall amazing time. They also offer a kids class, which my kids absolutely love (9&10) they make it fun yet challenging and they can't wait to come back every Saturday. Who knew working out could be so much fun! Crossfit BLVD you have already changed my life in ways I never thought possible I am so grateful for this place and this community. I seriously cannot wait to see where I am a year from now and hopeful that this wonderful place will continue growing and impacting the life of more people like it did for me. Don't even think about it just come! We'll have an amazing workout and you'll meet some of the most wonderful humans in the process #crossfitblvd4life“
7AM - 8PM
8676 Whittier Blvd, Pico Rivera“Great experience with my new personal trainer, Carolyn! She was knowledgeable, approachable, and made sure to tailor the workout to my goals. Gym had good machine selection, isn't too crowded, and all the staff are attentive. Looking forward to more training sessions when I'm back in the area!“
11AM - 1PM
2023 Bay St, Los Angeles“Sooooo... I drank the Crossfit Kool-aid. After years of watching my husband practice this crazy sport, I finally gave in.
I am not now, nor have I ever been a sporty person. I started coming to Mixtape for their yoga classes. Loved it. I then moved on to spin classes. Yes! I can do this. Now I'm doing the crazy WOD (Workout of the Day). I'm actually doing things in the gym I would have never thought I could do.
The coaches are without exception knowledgeable,
approachable, and encouraging. They modify and accomodate the workouts to your level of fitness. The facility is not like a typical chain gym, but it is clean and welcoming. But the NUMBER ONE REASON why I keep coming back is the sense of community that Coaches Sadie and Jason have fostered in their business. The inclusivity and comaraderie and overall lovefest I feel here are everything. Having a cruddy day at work? Come to the box. Relationship woes? Come to the box. Too many tamales? Come to the box. You'll sweat. You'll laugh. You'll feel better. Did I mention this is a dog-friendly spot? Seriosuly... come this box!!!“

I have been working with Iris for nearly 5 years, and she has supported me through a variety of injuries/issues along my health journey. I am so thankful for a practitioner that takes my symptoms and experiences seriously.“
8AM - 9PM
2359 Fair Park Ave, Los Angeles“Magic is real and this man is a very very real wizard. I had my right leg lengthened eight times as a child and consequently have had chronic pain, peripheral neuropathy and compensation patterns that make it very difficult to concentrate, breathe, sleep, or plan beyond the next 3-5 days— without me needing to say any of that, Jack put hands directly onto the persistent thorn in my side, released it with what I can only describe as lasers coming out of his fingers, and then proceeded to put the rest of my bones back into place. My hips move, my eyeballs track, my heel is in contact with the ground. There are elements of massage and osteopathy but there’s something else that’s in a league of its own— it was so effective for me that I’m now making life moves to study it formally. You will not find this kind of healing easily anywhere else. Go see Jack, he will cure what ails you.“
8AM - 8PM
161 Twilight Vista Dr, Altadena“I can’t say enough wonderful things about Marna. I reached out to her as I passed my estimated due date and the possibility of induction was brought up by my OB. My goal was to have an unmediated birth so at the recommendation of my hypnobirthing instructor, I booked a reflexology session with Marna to see if we could get things moving.
She arrived and her spirit made me feel completely at ease before our session even began. The reflexology appointment did so much good, completely relaxed me and (no exaggeration) took down my ankle swelling by 90%! The next day I had a big release of emotion and a huge urge to organize anything and everything and the day after that my water broke in the very early morning!
My labor in hospital went quickly and well and so did my delivery. Marna’s work delivered that extra nudge my body needed to get going on its own. Without question, I would recommend her to any woman approaching her time to give birth and would absolutely want to work with her again myself next time I’m pregnant!“
“Tara is the best instructor ever! Learn so much from her and got my yoga certificate here as well !“

Stephany is cool, calm and collected and her flow style is so unique and fun. Her class encompasses a lot of strength work, endurance fitness, and breathing techniques for stress relief. Whether you're trying to improve your fitness, relieve stress, or both, this is the class for you.“

5116 York Blvd, Los Angeles“The best and most welcoming Yoga studio I've been to in LA. Nicole at the front desk is the nicest person ever, and all the teachers are really solid. I've done like 60+ classes here at this point.I do miss more classes being on the patio, but I also understand the smaller capacity out there makes it challenging from a business sustainability standpoint.“

8:15AM - 5:30PM
2150 Colorado Blvd, Los Angeles“Everyone is welcoming and positive! I like the Chill classes when I want a more meditative stretch, I like the Flow classes for a more upbeat flow, and I love/hate the Sweat classes, for when I want my a** kicked. I am a guy and new to yoga, both of which had me worried I'd feel out of place. But I don't, and never have. They had a good deal for my signing up before the end of January, too! The interior design is simple, but with good lighting and some plants here and there. The vaulted ceiling with wooden rafters is pleasant to look at when I'm reaching up for Triangle Pose. ODD is cozy in every way, and I love it. It's only a matter of time before I start crying when we're all lying silent on our mats during a cooldown. I'm grateful I get to take classes here.“
