If this review was only about Judson Cassels, it would be 5 stars. Judson is committed and empathetic realtor and despite the very real concrete roadblocks on Capp St that were impeding my sale, he helped me achieve my real estate goals. Thank you so much for everything Judson!

Unresponsive and unreliable. Nothing but headaches working with this company. In less than 4 years we've had to work with 3 different property managers: Corey, Craig waddle and Michelle cohen. I've had good experiences with Corey but every interaction with the other two leaves me to think they are incompetent and unresponsive. The main strategy they employ to avoid resident requests is to make you play phone tag and submit maintenance requests and followup repeatedly to beg them to pay attention to them (e.g. there's a tear in the ceiling and debris and water are coming down into the kitchen). They will then pass you off to someone else and you won't be about to get in contact at all with the previous manager and you have to start all over again. They hope you just give up. There's no accountability and everyone claims to be an owner of the company yet all these recent owners I've had to deal with can't seem to get anything done other than collect your monthly deposit. It's like they're shocked residents expect them to maintain their end. Can't wait to move out.I would think twice before signing any contract with this company; it's terribly mismanaged in my experience.

My parents and I had an ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC experience with working with Colleen Cotter and Margaret O'Driscoll. It was the first time my parents were looking to sell and potentially purchase property. Colleen really took them under her wing. Helped them navigate not only the process of selling the property, but also the nitty gritty details of logistics that come before and after. She and her amazing team made the process nearly seamless and stress free. We honestly could not offer a stronger, whole-hearted, sincere recommendation.If you are looking to either purchase or sell property in the SF Bay Area, you cannot ask for a more wonderful person to work with then Colleen....read full review
