540 Castro St, San Francisco“Dr. Kai was very friendly, patient, and understanding of my needs. He took time to understand what was going on in my body and asked me about what I do and my past injuries. He explained things well and took great care to make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I came in with a slipped disc in my lower back and could barely walk around when I arrived. It has been 7 hours since the initial appointment and I am moving around with much better mobility than I was! A miraculous improvement. I will be continuing my treatment and preventative injury maintenance with this chiropractor moving forward. I encourage anyone who has never sought out chiropractic treatment ever before (like myself, this was my very first time) to give this practice a try! You will not be disappointed! Beautiful location and inviting calming space. I recommend getting a ride over to the location if you don’t want to worry about parking.“

900 Noe St, San Francisco“The team at Fitwell is outstanding! I’ve had sessions with Dr. Casey, Dr. Covey, and Dr. Li. All of them are extremely professional and attentive. I started my treatment when I was around 30 weeks pregnant and experiencing physical symptoms. They not only helped me effectively manage my pain, but also provided a lot of comfort throughout a challenging period.
I worked most closely with Dr. Casey - I have only the highest praise for her level of expertise, care, and kindness. My perinatal journey would not have been the same without her!“

480 2nd St Suite 100, San Francisco“I thought I might not be able to run again and the inability to exercise was very unhealthy. But the PRP injection, strengthening exercises, and ultrasound imaging from Avid (and an MRI from insurance covered clinic) allowed me to recover from a tricky injury. Excellent staff and clinic!“

1199 Irving Street, San Francisco“Cameron is a brilliant chiropractor. I'm prone to pain from disc herniations in my neck and back, and Cameron's mix of adjustments and other therapeutic techniques always resolve my issue. I used to be nervous about getting spinal adjustments but Cameron's approach is very confident and comforting and I've learned to relax and get the full benefit from them. He is my first call when I'm out of alignment and I couldn't recommend him more.“

3838 California St # 715, San Francisco“I had several surgeries with Dr. Callander of the last ten years!! I have both hips and both knees replaced by him. The surgeries all went well and the staff at his office was outstanding. My last knee was replaced in October and I am working out again!! Dr Callander is very knowledgeable and has a wonderful sense of humor. I highly recommend him if you need knee or hip surgery!“

1500 Owens St, San Francisco“Dr Sara Edwards is not only extremely competent, but also compassionate and very caring with her patients. I have recommended her to others who have been happy with her work as well. I only wish she was in San Francisco all the time rather than part-time in Berkeley.“

2920 Webster Street, San Francisco“Have had two appointments now and will be making more in the future. I’ve been dealing with neck and shoulder pain for a few years now and decided to check out acupuncture and cupping. After two appointments I already notice a huge difference in my physical and mental health. Highly recommend if you are considering acupuncture and cupping.“

3150 18th St #334, San Francisco“I used to see Dr. Gregory regularly in San Carlos after a car accident, but I moved to San Francisco, and only saw her for chiropractic "emergencies" since it was definitely a schlep (that she is well worth). I am so incredibly glad she opened up an office in ActivSpace in the Mission in San Francisco! You can't beat the care. She is also inexpensive compared to other chiropractors in SF.
Dr. Gregory always figures out what the underlying issues is and is usually able to fix it. She is like House (Like Hugh Laurie, except doesn't always misdiagnose everything as Lupus). While it says she's a sports and extremities chiropractor, she really is amazing at diagnosing underlying issues. For example, my rheumatologist and endocrinologist were stumped for 9 months, she helped identify my issue as primary hypoparathyroidism. Most recently, she fixed my carpal tunnel syndrome and saved me from unnecessary surgery. Turns out, my second rib was out from a 30-year-old injury.
Although she doesn't take my insurance, she is so worth paying out of pocket (i could submit the superbills she provides, but my insurance is terrible, so I don't bother, as she really is affordable).
I couldn't recommend Dr. Gregory any higher.“
8AM - 5PM
3040 Larkin St, San Francisco“This is my second series of PT treatments at Apex, two years apart (different issues). APEX wowed me the first time, and when the doctors suggested some new PT, there was only one call to make. APEX continues to impress. A very spacious facility with a view across the bay to Marin, exceptionally clean, where all the equipment is maintained in great working order. And most importantly, a dedicated and knowledgeable staff.“

2906 Lyon St, San Francisco“This review is overdue. I was referred by my friend (who generously got me a gift card) and have been consistently seeing Adolfo for the past few months now. Must say, he is really good. Prior to coming here, I was working with several therapists to rehab my arm. We couldn't figure out what the root cause is and where the pain is emanating from which was frustrating since I was quite limited in my daily activities for nearly 8 months. During my first visit, Adolfo gave me a comprehensive consult and began work on my body. Felt the positive results after my first session and the pain hasn't come back. He's also worked wonders on my sciatica, hand and foot. Not only am I in good hands with him but also with Corinne as well. She's always so nice and sweet - lovely lady who holds down the office.“

Don helps navigating throughly appointments and extremely patient, friendly and empathetic.

8AM - 4:30PM
22 Battery St # 888, San Francisco“Daniela at the FiDi location is phenomenal. She is personable and provides focused, individualized care that shifts with my needs. I came to GSPORTS after seeing a PT at a different practice for the same injury, but not seeing results. I complained about one exercise in particular, and Daniela showed her mettle in explaining why it was helpful specifically for my injury, and supplementing with a range of more engaging exercises. She's also been great about providing letters to me documenting my need to take things slow while I heal. I'd come back to get care from her without reservation. The office helped me navigate my insurance eligibility with Aetna. While appointments here generally book weeks out, I recommend getting on the schedule and asking to be on the standby list to get in sooner.“
“Dr. Valette is the BEST. I was his patient for several years at One Medical, and I was excited to follow him to his new practice. He is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, and at the new practice he has more time to talk through all of my health concerns. Appointments never feel rushed, and yet they still run on time. The best part about Dr. Valette is that he really listens to my health goals, and then makes sure everything serves those goals -- medication, lifestyle, supplements, etc. It's so much better and more comprehensive than working with a standard primary care doctor. I can't say enough good things!“
1 - 8PM
1844 Market St, San Francisco“Like most climbers (and athletes), I let an injury go for way too long because I thought rehab would mean stopping and I kept hoping a little rest or slow down would fix things. It didn't. Dr. Barnes helped me understand why my tendon issues weren't going away and how to work through them. I didn't have to stop climbing and in weeks I improved and in less than two months I was significantly better off than before the injury. Since then I'm better at preventative strengthening and whenever I do hurt something I don't wait to address it, I just make an appointment with Dr. Barnes and get a plan in place.“

“I have suffered from lower back ( SI joint ) pain for 3 years and went through 4-5 providers of various types including osteopaths, acupuncturists, specialized Massage and considered doing PRP. Dr. Cohen was methodical in his assessment and therapy choices in each session. Most importantly reviewing it at the start of each appointment and communicates clearly on why and hows of what he is doing. Through a combination of what he has done with alignment and muscular manipulations together with what I have stopped doing ( re-injuring) he has brought me back to 95-98% in a couple of months and I believe I will get back to 100% recovery shortly so that I can return to training. I extend the highest recommendation for his work.“
