After tearing the majority of my hamstring I decided to seek care at UCSF after my doctor in Marin left me literally hanging. Dr Zhang and Dr Berrigan have been amazing in helping me find a path to recovery. Neither are ever too busy to answer my questions and always give me incredible advice in order to RTP.

The whole experience was great. They have a one-stop clinic where I had my x-rays done in 5 minutes which were read and ready for the visit 15 minutes later. Doctor was patient, attentive and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and pulled up my past images and supplemental images from Google to explain my condition. I was almost in tears at the end of the visit because after years of pain I felt understood and cared for.

I’ve had the pleasure (?!) of meeting a handful of folks in the ortho staff for ACL reconstruction and, more recently, infra-patellar bursitis and aspiration. The assistant and nursing staff is A+ every time as are all the Docs & PAs. I’ve seen Dr. Ma, Dr. Hatamiya, and PA Wendy. All awesome.
