“I had a gift certificate which was emailed to me via PEARL and you have to print the certificate. If they cant mail it forcing customers to print is ridiculous. This is in unnecessary step that creates more work on the customer. I also do not like that they never answer the phone. ANSWER the PHONE. I do enjoy the Spa, 90 minutes with Lee was life changing. I wept for days after because she stirred so much emotion. I am obsessed with her and overall she was super kind. The place is immaculate and I feel honored to come. Two showers. And a steam room seats about five people maybe. More like four. It is a small boutique spa, which is OK as long as the day is not overbooked you should be fine. Another review mentions a sauna. There is not a sauna.

Let’s also get something straight; it is not a cruising location. The staff is very attentive to discourage such actions.

The Massage packages seem to have intensity options without extra charge as other places might.

Robes, sandals, and towels are provided as well as a sampling of toiletries in the bathroom; per usual spa experiences.

She is always thorough & fast, has a wonderfully warm & friendly disposition and her facilities are scrupulously clean. Her spa room used to be at a hair salon near me in North Beach until a rental price-hike forced them to re-locate. I like her waxing so much that I now happily travel the distance to her new location. Dinair herself is a Brazilian national and maybe this is why her Brazilian Wax is so darn good!
