“I've had numerous treatments with Lorena over the last 3 years. Not only is she technically skilled and clearly passionate about both skincare and body work, she is also just an incredible person. I'm a women who doesn't often wear makeup or dress very fancy, but Lorena's approach and messaging around beauty includes people like me. She doesn't make me feel weird for being so clueless about skincare products and I still remember in our first facial appointment I only walked out with a 2 product routine because she figured out something practical for me. “I have been going to Sylva for electrolysis. She does an excellent job. My facial hair is lessening after each treatment. I have struggled with facial hair for years and I am finally getting desired results. Facial hair is an awful problem as it looks terrible on your face and it is quite embarrassing. I have never had any redness, outbreaks, or infections as a result of the treatments. Sylva is very careful throughout the treatment to apply ointments that prevent issues that could arise. In addition, she is a warm, caring person who is very knowledgeable about skincare. She is open to questions and giving advice. Her office is immaculate and I cannot recommend her more highly. The location is easy to get to and there is always plenty of street parking.“

If I didn't already trust her completely, professionally suggesting a client does not proceed with another (expensive!) treatment secured my faith in her. Mel is the esthetician that helps me with my skin treatments e.g microneedling etc, Sheʻs very gentle and down to earth. Sometimes I get anxious going to this kind of appts but Mel always makes me feel comfortable and I never feel pressured to buy any products Iʻm not sure about. The front desk employees welcome you as you walk in and always happy to answer your questions whether you are a client or a passerby. I highly recommend this clinic for your medical esthetic needs.“
