Ipanema Wax operates in the back room of this salon. Vanessa is not only the sweetest human being, she gives the best waxing experience of any I've encountered (which is a lot). I've gotten Brazilians all over the Bay Area, and none rival Vanessa's ability and care. She is fast, painless, and provides perfect results. Her prices are also so great as well. Her room is in the back of a hair salon. There's lots of parking nearby if you need it. It's very simple to text her for an appointment and she really works with your schedule requirements and also is always happy to accommodate last minute appointments. I have been going to selenge for 10 years now! Prior to going to her I would just go to any salon that had a groupon or any stylist, I never felt I had a reason to stick with one single stylist. BUT... that changed. Selenge is the nicest person and does a fabulous job cutting, coloring and styling my hair EVERY TIME! I get compliments on how healthy my hair looks from friends after her haircuts... I have referred several friends to her and they have become customers as well. She is great with kids too!
