May is the absolute best!! I got the cutest cut and perm from her and I couldn't be happier. She worked with me to find the best solution for my hair and it came out even better than I imagined. She has a lot of neighborhood regulars, so the shop can get quite busy, but it's only a testament to how great her services are (and you can call to reserve). The prices are not bad even including tip (this is a SF small business and y'all should tip for the artistry and experience that May has! And tip at all salons for that matter ?). Prices are as posted on the window outside. 100% will be coming back here for all my hair needs. Thank you May!!! ❤

We were come back from a trip and called May for an appointment. She was gracious enough to let us walk in with a smile. She explained in depth the hair styling process and provided with all the options. Finally she did an excellent job with the styling that so many of my friends are giving me compliments.

Great, reasonably priced haircut. Ask what it’s going to cost, and she’s very upfront. Obviously a short haircut that just needs a trim isn’t going to cost the same as long hair that needs extensive cutting and shaping.
