I was stranded in Santa Rosa when, unexpectedly, there was an ABCmalfunction as indicated on the dash display, and my car's steering was disabled. It was 40 miles to the dealership in San Rafael, California. AAA's tow truck (Norcal Supreme Towing) was there in about a half hour. Loading my Mercedes onto the flat bed and tying it down took less than 15 minutes and we were on our way with me as a passenger in the cab. The driver and I had an extremely enjoyable conversation on the way back. I've had this experience more than a few times in the past and it has always been awful. This time, however, and unbelievably, I found myself enjoying the entire experience, awed by the driver's ability to do his job quickly and efficiently as well as his exuberant personality and friendly attitude. Truly amazing!!AAA call number 37248.
I am happy to leave 5 stars (and more if I could) for Jeremais at Norcal Supreme Towing. Friendly, honest, helpful attitude, skilled, determined and patient in solving a very difficult tow situation I encountered last month. I'm still very grateful for his amazing job and help that day. I lost my last key fob to my Audi A7 which was parked very close to a column beam inside my building garage in SF SoMa, and had to get it towed to the Audi dealership to program the new key. Without the car recognizing the key, it's as good as dead battery and everything was locked including steering wheel and electronic parking brake. Talk about nuts nuts modern Audi design. No other way, had to get the car out of the garage and towed to the dealership. Our parking garage has very tight layout, especially with other cars parked, and its small entrance door facing a narrow street in SF presented another challenge for tow drivers. AAA sent 4 drivers on the same day and they all bailed on me for one reason or another. At that point I had spent the whole day dealing with AAA tow service. AAA finally told me they would stop sending drivers unless I got my car out on the street!! Talk about AAA service! One other tow company sensed my dire situation and quoted me a ridiculous price even before trying. So I was in a really stuck bad situation but I wasn't ready to give up. After seeing cars emptying on the street and other cars around my parking spot clearing, I sensed the rare opportunity of stars lining up so I started calling around again. Luckily for me Jeremias at Norcal Towing picked up the phone and gave me a reasonable quote. He wanted to come the next morning as it was already past 5:30pm at that point but I described the situation to him why he needed to come soon. Jeremias and his son showed up within an hour and his truck had all the right tools to work their magic. But it was still uphill battle all the way. With dead locked steering wheel, electronic parking brake unable to be disengaged, and the car parked just inches from the column, it was a nightmarish job but Jeremias and his son wouldn't fringe but they had a collective sigh and then got to work. Jeremias would inch and turn his truck very patiently while the son looked out to signal him. It was an 2-hr ordeal but credit to them we got the car out finally. It was incredible!! Their refusal to give up and drive away only showed the character of this father-son duo!! You guys totally rock! Thank you so much for saving the day for me!!
Nicest guy ever! Was willing to help me when I only had $20!!! I ended up not needing him but still he was completely ok with jumpstarting my truck for$20 cuz of my unusual circumstances.. if o6 ever need anything of that nature or just anything with my car in the future and I'm in San Francisco I'm definitely getting a hold of this guy?;
