I was driving back home when my car died and left me stranded on a section of 101 without a shoulder. Wanted to call out the service of Guy, the tow technician from P&P Towing. Before I had a chance to even call Hwy Patrol, Guy saw me stranded and stopped to assist me. Within 10 mins of stopping in the slow lane with cars zooming and swerving to avoid me, I was in the cab of his tow truck. His professional and matter of fact demeanor is reassuring and I don’t know what I would have done without him.
