Honest guy and gives his thoughts about style, but still is willing to listen and follow customer preferences. English isn't very strong for him. He says that business has been pretty slow recently due to the pandemic... :(Store now has new look, but same great haircuts!

1 star for decent service and 1 star for the cut. My hair is thick but I don't know why he decided to just give my hair a little trim. It was like he didn't want to cut my hair or being lazy? I also didn't like how he kept charging for this and that like my bangs for $10 and extra for long hair. I felt like it was just business and I don't recommend this place.

I just finished a hike with my husband and my dog in Lands End area, and wanted to get a haircut before heading home. So I did a quick search for hair salons that were open on the 4th of July in the Richmond and Sunset districts to see if I could get a last-minute appointment. I called Miu Miu that seemed to have a good rating and Bobby who answered the phone told me that if I could get there in the next 15 minutes he would be able to do my haircut before his next appointment. I went there immediately and he was very quick in getting my hair shampooed and cut after he asked me for how I would like to have my hair cut.
