On a crisp fall afternoon in October, I visited Looksie Optometry seeking eyecare solutions. The ambiance was welcoming, and the staff was friendly, making me feel at ease. However, the service left something to be desired. Despite my appointment at 3:00 PM, I found myself waiting for nearly 30 minutes before being attended to. The delay slightly dampened my experience. On the upside, the optimatics offered were impressive; advanced technology used in examinations showcased their commitment to precision. Although the service could improve in terms of timeliness, Looksie Optometry's dedication to cutting-edge optimatics sets them apart. A mixed experience, but the innovative approach deserves recognition.

Looksie Optometry and specifically Dr. Tran has left me with an astoundingly positive impression. I stopped by the office today to inquire if they would be able to do a slight frame correction on my new sun glasses that I recently purchased (at an unrelated boutique). Dr. Tran (Amy) was more than kind enough to do the frame adjustments for me even though the office was not empty of people. What amazed me was how fast she was able to do the frame adjustments and get the sunglasses fitting just right. I couldn't be happier! She is undoubtedly a professional optometrist, and if I ever need a one, this is definitely where I'll go. Thank you!

I have been coming here for at least seven years now. Dr. Tran is the absolute best. Her and the staff make eye visits something to look forward to, which is not what I had experienced until finding them. I am very grateful for their customer-first and empathetic approach. Also they have the best selection in terms of frames. So it's always fun to find a reason to go in, for that alone.
