We have cabinets by GAO’s, going on year 3. The finish, design and quality are amazing. We have several custom sized cabinets to make maximum use of our space.Each step of the way, they have provided exemplary service. Even 2.5 years later, we decided to change the interior of a pantry cabinet. They came and measured, installed and provided seamless service.I accidentally damaged a door front and drawer (falling chair) and they quickly (and inexpensively) fix it.Everyone at the office is friendly, kind and full service. We have a very unique color of cabinets, and we have been provided the base paint (to mix with the polymer on request) so any future scratches...read full review

Exceptional service and quality through the entire process from design | fab | install | touch up. Joanne and the rest of the Gao's team were nothing short of awesome. The team provided me with a number of extras that elevated the total experience to 10/10. My project was delayed a few months (delayed windows) and Joanne was able to store the completed cabinets for me at no additional cost. After install the team came out to adjust all of the door gaps for me and refinish a few panels that I noticed had some scratches. I'd highly recommend anyone reading this to call in for a quote.

We used Gao's cabinets to renovate our kitchen and bathroom. Carla was so kind, professional and responsive. Her experience, ideas, and recommendation's were greatly appreciated, and there were so many options to choose from. She listened to our ideas, took our needs into consideration, and was flexible during the entire process. Extremely quick to respond when we needed something or had questions. The transformation was amazing and I couldn't be happier with the results!
