Sometimes, the customer isn't right. Jaime helped turn a very rough-looking floor into one that exceeded what I had requested. I had recently purchased a unit in a highrise condo building in San Francisco's East Cut neighborhood. I was renting a unit in the same building and was fixated on replicating the exact finish on the floor of the unit I had just purchased. Jaime and his team came recommended by the HOA since they had a lot of experience working with the floors in this particular condo building. Chacon is a wonderful family-owned business. They have a great selection of flooring supplies and also do installations. Jaime and the family are hardworking, honest, and have a passion for this business. They offer hardwood flooring, carpet, laminate, tile, vinyl etc.The shop is well organized and you can find displays and samples. There is also customer parking available in front. I think it's special to see multiple generations work together.
