Niko was fully committed to getting this fixed and communicated that clearly, which made me less anxious. He went above and beyond, doing a lot of research between sessions and figuring out the solution to my problem. There was alot of trickiness because I could not get internet at first so we had to do it by phone which is pretty inefficient but he walked me through everything and was very patient. I felt well taken care of.
