Due to my own carelessness, I needed a security audit on my electronic devices. Since I didn’t know anyone, I googled the best consulting firm to call. TechInSf was at the top of the list!I got a callback within a half hour. I told John what happened and was advised to get a security audit. I encountered a hacking issue with my social media account and faced challenges in verifying my identity with a company lacking direct customer service. I reached out to around 20 tech companies, and John was the only one who took the initiative to set up a meeting to discuss the problem. He continued to follow up days later after reaching out to some contacts. While my issue was ultimately resolved through an automated process, I appreciate John's thoughtful approach.
